2. Information You Provide
Depending on how you interact with TAMERQ, information you provide may include: Your TradingView username; contact information provided during checkout or support interactions; subscription and account-related information; and communications you send regarding access or support. TAMERQ does not require your brokerage password, TradingView password, or trading-account password in order to provide Invite-Only Script access. You should never send these passwords to TAMERQ.
3. Payment Information
Payments are processed through the third-party payment or membership platform presented at checkout. Payment-card and payment-processing information is handled by the applicable payment providers according to their own privacy and security practices. TAMERQ does not need your full payment-card details in order to assign TradingView strategy access.
4. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to process and administer memberships; identify the TradingView account that should receive access; provide and revoke strategy access as appropriate; provide customer support; maintain and improve the service; prevent misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access; and meet applicable legal obligations.
5. Third-Party Services
TAMERQ uses third-party services to operate parts of the service, including website hosting, membership/payment processing, and TradingView for strategy access. Information processed directly by those providers is also subject to their respective privacy policies.

TAMERQ does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the service, process subscriptions, provide access, maintain security, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including account administration, support, security, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations.

Reasonable measures are used to protect information under TAMERQ’s control. However, no internet-based system or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Requests concerning information controlled by TAMERQ may be submitted through the TAMERQ membership support channel. Information controlled independently by third-party platforms should be managed directly through those platforms.
