1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TAMERQ, including the TAMERQ website and access to the TAMERQ | MNQ Session Strategy on TradingView. By purchasing a TAMERQ membership or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
TAMERQ provides subscription-based access to a systematic trading strategy designed for Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100 (MNQ) futures and made available through TradingView Invite-Only Scripts. TAMERQ provides trading tools and information only. TAMERQ does not execute trades on your behalf, manage customer funds, provide brokerage services, or provide personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
3. Membership and Billing
TAMERQ is currently offered as a recurring monthly membership at the price displayed at checkout. Payments and subscription management are processed through the third-party checkout platform identified at checkout. Your subscription will continue according to the billing terms presented at checkout until canceled. You are responsible for reviewing the final price and billing terms before completing your purchase.
4. TradingView Access
A valid TradingView account is required to use the TAMERQ strategy. Customers must provide the correct TradingView username during checkout. Access is assigned to that username through TradingView’s Invite-Only Scripts system. Access is personal to the subscriber and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, resold, copied, or distributed. Access may be removed when a subscription ends, is canceled, remains unpaid, or where these Terms are materially violated.
5. Third-Party Platforms
TAMERQ relies on third-party services, including TradingView and the payment/membership platform used at checkout. TAMERQ does not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, functionality, data, execution, or compatibility. Use of third-party services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
6. Trading and Investment Risk
Futures trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every person. All strategy results, backtests, simulated results, charts, trade examples, and historical payout examples displayed by TAMERQ are provided for informational purposes. Backtested or simulated performance does not represent actual trading performance and does not guarantee future results. Historical funded-account payouts are examples of past results and do not guarantee that TAMERQ subscribers will achieve the same or similar results. Actual results may differ materially because of market conditions, liquidity, execution, latency, commissions, slippage, data differences, platform behavior, user configuration, and other factors. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, account configuration, position sizing, risk management, and any resulting gains or losses.
7. No Performance Guarantee
TAMERQ does not guarantee profits, returns, funded-account payouts, trading success, or any particular financial outcome. No information presented on the website or through the strategy should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of future performance.
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of TAMERQ complies with applicable laws, regulations, broker requirements, proprietary trading firm requirements, and third-party platform rules that apply to you. You are also responsible for verifying strategy settings and understanding the risks before using TAMERQ in any live or simulated trading environment.
9. Intellectual Property
TAMERQ, its strategy logic, branding, website content, visual materials, and related proprietary materials are protected intellectual property. Purchasing a membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your membership remains active. It does not transfer ownership of TAMERQ or its underlying intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, redistribution, resale, publication, or commercial exploitation is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Cancellation
Customers may cancel their recurring membership through the subscription-management system provided by the checkout platform. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing terms shown by that platform. Access to TAMERQ may end when the applicable paid subscription period expires.
11. Service Changes
TAMERQ may update, modify, improve, or discontinue features of the strategy or service when reasonably necessary. Updates may be made to accommodate market conditions, platform changes, technical requirements, or product development.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAMERQ is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, third-party platform failures, data interruptions, execution differences, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version and its last-updated date will be displayed on this page. Continued use of TAMERQ after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Contact
Questions regarding these Terms may be submitted through the support channel provided through the TAMERQ membership platform.
